Build scalable backend services, AI-powered features, and modern frontend interfaces for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Develop AI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and build RAG pipelines with vector search.
• Build async and event-driven systems using queues, workers, WebSockets, or streaming technologies.
• Develop frontend features using React and Next.js, optimizing for performance and user experience.
• Own features across the full lifecycle including design, build, deploy, monitor, and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend engineering skills.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL services.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and LLM integrations.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas.
• Experience with production deployments and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time audio, STT/TTS, conversational AI, or multimodal AI.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
