Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will own the full stack development lifecycle, from system architecture to release delivery. You lead agile practices, mentor team members, and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and enforce engineering standards for reliability and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage releases, and align on delivery goals.
• Lead agile development practices and mentor team members to remove delivery impediments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in full stack development for enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating with Kafka.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Angular.
• Knowledge of databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with caching solutions and AWS cloud migration strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading agile delivery processes.
