Description

You will design, implement, and test scalable, secure software solutions on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality software solutions using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build complex user interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
• Develop scalable back-end applications using Node.js.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation, CDK, or AWS CLI.
• Automate testing using frameworks like Playwright, Artillery, or Jest for unit, integration, and E2E coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Proven ability to develop back-end applications with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless, including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, and Step Functions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or CDK).
• Proficiency in Git version control.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Experience with microservices architecture, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
