Are you passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications and leading engineering teams? We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, React, Kafka, and Azure to join a high-performing team and drive the design and development of modern distributed systems.

What You'll Do:
Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices
Develop modern React-based user interfaces and Java backend services
Build event-driven architectures using Kafka
Lead technical design and architecture discussions
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Java, React, Kafka, and Microsoft Azure
Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, and Cloud-Native Architecture
Experience with containerized applications and event-driven systems
Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, frontend architecture, state management, testing, and performance optimization
Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture experience
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
