Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with Angular 9+, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and optimize database schemas and write advanced SQL queries for MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and AWS EKS within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate asynchronous messaging and streaming using Apache Kafka.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Multithreading, Collections, Lambda) and Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data/JPA).
• Experience with Angular 9+ and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and application lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS (MS SQL/PostgreSQL), including performance tuning and complex JOINs.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and AI-enabled IDEs (e.g., VSCode, Amazon Kiro).
• Experience with Hibernate ORM, Kafka streaming, and design patterns (MVC, Singleton, DAO).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maven, Gradle, JUnit/Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON technologies and Apache Tomcat/Jetty servers.
