Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and architecture to deployment and maintenance. You will optimize system performance, collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions, and provide production support to ensure seamless operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development including design, implementation, automated testing, and security compliance.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using cross-functional teams.
• Support applications across environments, resolve critical issues, and handle ad-hoc requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java proficiency (Java 8+), including I/O, Multithreading, Collections, Generics, and Lambda.
• Expertise in Spring ecosystem: Spring Core, MVC, Boot, Security, Data JPA, DI, DAO, JTA, JDBC.
• Strong RDBMS skills (MS SQL or PostgreSQL) with advanced SQL, JOINs, and performance tuning.
• Frontend proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Angular 9 or above.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (JIRA, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate).
• Familiarity with streaming technology (Kafka) and AWS EKS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI tools and AI Coding Agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Proficiency in coding agent-enabled IDEs (e.g., VSCode, Amazon Kiro).
