Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack systems using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation to deployment and operational readiness.
• Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decisions aligned with product goals.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in production systems.
• Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and improve developer workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to balance business and technical objectives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js for scalable frontend applications.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and API design.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience designing scalable systems and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, and Git.
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and software architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
• MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) degree.
