Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications with a focus on Rule Engine and API development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintainable, high-quality code and create detailed technical designs for implementation.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and testers.
• Perform code reviews to enforce architectural best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and architects to meet business requirements.
• Communicate technical feasibility, challenges, and timelines to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in Java and Rule Engine technologies, specifically Drools.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, React.js, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive experience with React, Redux, ES6, TypeScript, Babel, and Webpack.
• Experience with databases including MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS, Route53, Elasticsearch, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of reactive programming and responsive web design.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in performance optimization and building multi-threaded web applications.
