Description

You will build and scale media and commerce experiences across the entire stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable end-to-end features using Node.js, Go, React, and Remix.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect media and commerce services.
• Lead development of responsive, user-facing frontend features.
• Write and maintain automated test coverage for both frontend and backend services.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and contribute to long-term stability and headless commerce infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience covering both frontend and backend systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React and server-side frameworks.
• Backend development experience using Node.js or Go.
• Proven ability to build and consume APIs in production environments.
• Experience working in agile teams with domain ownership.
• Experience with RESTful architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify Hydrogen, Remix, or other headless commerce stacks.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture such as Kafka.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud infrastructure.
