Description

Lead technical development and deployment of critical products from proof of concept to market release. Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of a complex code base while designing multi-layer backend architectures and greenfield solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend architectures for document-heavy datasets.
• Deliver high-quality full-stack features across the entire technology stack.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on product design and requirements.
• Architect systems capable of handling sensitive healthcare data (PHI) and implementing NLP/LLM solutions.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline and ensure automated testing frameworks are maintained.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Postgres, SQL, and RPC.
• Proficiency with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and related services.
• Proven track record of taking products from POC to market release.
• Experience with CI/CD, agile development, and automated testing.
• Understanding of NLP, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically handling PHI.
