Description

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-class J2EE applications in an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will own the full SDLC, building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules. Implement Spring Boot REST APIs and business processes using IBM BPEL. Develop workflows and transformations within the ESB layer using IBM Datapower. Design and implement web applications optimized for cloud, mobile, and tablet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modular J2EE components and Spring Boot REST APIs.
• Implement business processes using IBM BPEL or equivalent methodologies.
• Develop ESB layer workflows and transformations with IBM Datapower.
• Design cloud-optimized web applications for mobile and tablet devices.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, applying TDD with Karma, Jasmine, or Selenium.

Required Skills

• 8+ years hands-on J2EE application development.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.
• Frontend proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience with ES5/ES6, JSON, XML, NPM, and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and caching strategies.
• Knowledge of ESB layer development and cloud-based web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM BAW.
• Proven use of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
