You will build a resilient, scalable, and secure cloud-based settlement platform using distributed systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements refinement sessions to ensure technical clarity.
• Write clean, performant, and testable code alongside automated tests.
• Guide junior developers in following software development best practices.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline creation and telemetry capture.
• Contribute to team standards and process improvements within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building distributed systems using agile practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Core Java and Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture, design patterns, and system resiliency.
• Experience designing high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Ability to define relational or non-relational database models.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud-based development principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Angular, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Experience integrating custom software with Microsoft Dynamics 360.
• Prior FinTech application development experience.
• Experience working in a global delivery team.
