Description

Design, develop, and support Java-based microservices and enterprise applications while resolving production incidents and performance issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Resolve production incidents, defects, and performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.
• Optimize database interactions with Oracle and Cassandra environments.
• Monitor application health and perform root cause analysis using APM tools.
• Implement performance improvements through query optimization, caching, and system tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java application development (Java 8/11+).
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful microservices architecture.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as JMS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Cassandra databases.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
