You will build a resilient, scalable, and secure cloud-based settlement platform using distributed architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, performant, and testable code alongside automated tests.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and telemetry capture.
• Guide junior developers in following software development best practices.
• Participate in requirements refinement sessions to ensure technical clarity.
• Contribute to team standards and process improvements within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building distributed event-based systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing high-volume messaging and REST-based middleware.
• Proficiency in microservice architecture, design patterns, and system resiliency.
• Experience defining scalable relational or non-relational database models.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Prior experience in FinTech application development or working in global delivery teams.
