Description

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration components for enterprise applications.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define application architecture and development standards.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support performance optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with QA teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software releases.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement activities.
• Contribute to automation, reusable frameworks, technical documentation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure and scalable deployments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8–12 years of experience in software development and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Experience developing microservices-based architectures and REST API solutions.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Git, version control systems, and modern software development workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership
