Description

You will own the development and maintenance of scalable web applications across the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using Java for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Manage and optimize data infrastructure utilizing MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks while maintaining application performance and quality.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions on code quality and automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Developer.
• Proven expertise in Java for Backend Development.
• Extensive experience with React for building modern user interfaces.
• Strong working knowledge of MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL).
• Proficiency in Java, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL paradigms.
• Experience developing new features and maintaining existing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to lead technical discussions on code quality.
