Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise Java applications and cloud-native microservices on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.0+, and Spring MVC.
• Design and expose RESTful and SOAP web services following industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Artifactory.
• Champion TDD/BDD practices and perform static code analysis for security remediation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive software development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Expert proficiency in Java 17+, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot 3.0+.
• Strong experience with Angular for full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or IBM DB2 and SQL.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with JMS-based messaging (ActiveMQ/AMQ).
• Proficiency with DevOps tools: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, JMeter, Artifactory.
• Knowledge of static analysis tools (Fortify, SonarQube) and infrastructure automation (Ansible).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• AWS certification.
