Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer

You will own the full development lifecycle, from backend APIs to frontend integration and database performance.

Responsibilities

• Write production code across the stack, including backend services, APIs, and frontend UI integration.
• Review and approve code contributions to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Define and enforce coding standards and design patterns for the team.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues as they arise.
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure data integrity across services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and Python for backend services.
• Experience building APIs and managing database interactions with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular for frontend development.
• Proficient with Git for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
