You will lead the development of scalable software solutions and drive the technical strategy for the organization's systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions from concept through deployment.
• Drive tech stack strategy by evaluating tools and frameworks for scalable systems.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Analyze workflows to build custom applications aligned with business processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core and C#.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with JavaScript and API development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and scalable system principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading cross-functional teams.
