Description

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications and services in production.
Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis.
Analyze application logs, debug code, and identify underlying technical issues.
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents.
Communicate issue status, resolutions, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and production support procedures.
Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core.
Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience with root-cause analysis, incident response, and application log analysis
