Description

Lead technical teams to deliver scalable full stack applications using .NET and Angular. You will own the release pipeline, manage sprint planning, and translate business requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by translating business requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Manage sprint planning and facilitate change management within Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using OOP, data modeling, and design patterns.
• Guide developers through technical decision-making and consensus building.
• Oversee application deployment using AWS containers and serverless architectures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years of expertise in .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and managing development lifecycles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, specifically containers and serverless.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET 6 or higher.
• Strong command of MS SQL Server 2012 or higher and data modeling.
• Experience with jQuery and front-end development.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Proficiency with Git or Visual Studio for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-premises applications to AWS.
