Description

We are hiring an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a large-scale platform modernization initiative. You'll play a key role in transforming a legacy monolithic application into a cloud-native, API-first, event-driven architecture while working in an AI-first engineering environment.

Required Skills:
Strong Full Stack .NET development experience
Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, React, and TypeScript
Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms
Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) in software delivery
Strong understanding of Automated Testing, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices
Experience with Spec-Driven Development is a plus
Healthcare domain experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable cloud-native services and application components
Work in an AI-first development model using AI coding agents under human review
Review, optimize, and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance
Build and maintain automated test suites with high code coverage
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentor team members
Collaborate within Agile engineering pods to deliver high-quality software
