Description

Lead development efforts and provide technical direction for .NET teams while designing scalable web-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and .NET 8.
• Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and serve as a technical escalation point.
• Modernize legacy applications and build reusable components and methods.
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and release coordination.
• Evaluate technical approaches, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Expertise in tuning and maintaining MS SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure-based projects.
• 5+ years of software project management using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce development including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with middleware tools like Boomi or MuleSoft.
