Description

You will architect, design, and implement full-stack web applications, owning the code from UI components to database optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and code modular single-page application user interfaces using React.
• Build and maintain secure RESTful API microservices with Node.js and Express.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and manage data modeling within PostgreSQL.
• Investigate and repair application defects across the front-end, business logic, and database layers.
• Provide technical direction through hands-on design, development, and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in modern software development.
• Senior-level expertise with Node.js and React.js.
• Proficiency with JavaScript state management frameworks: Redux, MobX, or Flux.
• Strong experience developing RESTful Web Services using Node.js and Express.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, SonarQube, and UrbanCode.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD).
• Ability to meet Section 508/WCAG/USDs web accessibility standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
