Description

You will build and maintain backend servers for a WebUI dedicated to fault management operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software lifecycle including design, coding, unit testing, functional testing, integration, and documentation.
• Develop backend services to handle real-time alarm flows, resynchronization, and downward actions.
• Execute software testing methodologies by writing test plans, debugging, and creating test scripts.
• Deploy applications within hybrid cloud environments using Helm.
• Maintain system performance and scalability for critical backend components.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Proficiency in Java and Scala frameworks.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for collection and mediation layers.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other databases like Cassandra, H2, or CouchDB.
• Knowledge of MyBatis, JDBC, and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes environments using kubectl and Helm charts.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud setups including AWS and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Knowledge of AKKA cluster, Java RMI, WebSockets, and ActiveMQ/JMS.
• Experience with testing tools such as Mocha, Karma, Jasmine, or Sphinx.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Jakarta Messaging API.
• Knowledge of framework design.
