Description

You will own the architecture, development, and delivery of complex web and mobile applications, leading teams to meet scalability and security benchmarks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack web and mobile solutions using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Architect and optimize SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
• Build and manage API integrations and backend services.
• Lead development teams, mentor engineers, and oversee the full project lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability standards are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in at least one backend language: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
• Hands-on experience with mobile frameworks: Flutter or React Native.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
