Overview:

We have a hot new requirement for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer supporting for Investments & Capital Markets division.This is a high-priority role with a tight turnaround. Please review the key details below.

This is a true full-stack role, but it heavily leans Front End (approx. 70%) and requires someone who is comfortable collaborating directly with financial analysts and quants.

• Front End (70%): Strong React UI framework experience. TypeScript and AG Grid are big pluses (highly preferred, but TS is not a hard dealbreaker if they are a React expert).
• Back End (30%): Must have recent experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot. They will be integrating multiple APIs and building services to aggregate datasets.
• Domain: Prior Financial Services / Capital Markets experience is a major plus, specifically Fixed Income knowledge.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills are required. The candidate must be able to sit down with business users/customers to translate financial data needs into technical features.
• No pure back-end developers: Even though it requires Java 21, the heavy lifting on day one is on the React UI side.
• No remote/hybrid accommodation: Candidates must be fully commutable to McLean, VA and comfortable with a 100% onsite schedule and an in-person final interview.
