Description

Akkodis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack – Software Developer (Integration Specialist) to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale integration and middleware solutions. The consultant will work within a complex, regulated public‑sector environment, delivering API‑led and microservices‑based solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Java, and Spring Boot across CloudHub and on‑premise OpenShift environments.

This role requires strong technical expertise, hands‑on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and legislative requirements.

Scope

Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration and middleware solutions

Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure integration services

Support full system development lifecycle activities, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support

Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, legislation, and best practices.

Assignment Deliverables

Collaborate with business and technical inter‑divisional staff and professional services teams to deliver and sustain API development and integration solutions throughout the lifecycle

Analyze requirements, evaluate options, and design and implement enterprise information structures and applications to meet critical organization‑wide objectives

Apply technical expertise to develop and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and standards consistent with applicable legislation.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

3+ years hands‑on experience designing, developing, deploying, and managing APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub

3+ years strong Java development experience, including object‑oriented design and performance optimization

3+ years’ experience building microservices using Spring Boot, including REST APIs and dependency injection

3+ years’ experience with Apache Camel for routing, mediation, and enterprise integration patterns

3+ years’ experience with API‑led connectivity, microservices architecture, and cloud‑native design principles.

Nice to Have:

Experience integrating front end user interfaces with backend APIs

Experience using AI assisted coding tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development automation.
