You will design, configure, and develop business-critical n-tier web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, integrated systems using Java and J2EE frameworks.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Manage data persistence and integration through Oracle SQL and RDBMS.
• Support the full SDLC within agile and iterative environments.
• Analyze technical requirements to recommend and implement customized software strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and JSF.
• Experience with Spring and MyBatis frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/DHTML and XML/XSL.
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and jQuery for responsive web development.
• Solid understanding of Oracle databases and writing SQL scripts.
• Experience with Web Services and reporting tools like Jasper.
• Knowledge of IT security standards and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility assessments and lead requirement discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Sector GO-ITS standards.
• Familiarity with Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes.
