Role Overview:

We are seeking four Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications that support Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives, including Design automation, Design validation, and Permit Automation. These roles also contribute to AI Solutions such as Obi (New joiner onboarding concierge) and NOVA (AI powered workflow orchestration).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP.
• One out of four roles requires full stack and AI experience in GCP, while the other three focus on full stack and Azure AI ecosystem.
• Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards.

Required Skills:

• Next.js, Typescript, Python
• PostgreSQL, Drizzle and/or SQLAlchemy ORM
• REST APIs and microservices
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• Azure and/or GCP cloud services
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• AI experience, including using AI in SDLC, implementing RAG, and evaluating LLM.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building AI-enabled applications.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, RAG, and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
• Familiarity with utility, engineering, construction, or permitting systems
