Description

You will build and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects to support AI-driven workflows in an experimental environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement lightweight web applications, tools, and interfaces.
• Develop front-end and back-end components to support AI-driven workflows.
• Build and integrate APIs, including LLMs and third-party agentic systems.
• Prototype with emerging platforms such as Relevance AI and Microsoft Copilot.
• Automate and validate natural language interactions to test non-deterministic systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience delivering rapid prototypes and MVPs.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, JSON-based services, and asynchronous data flows.
• Experience or interest in QA/test automation strategies for non-deterministic systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Langchain, Relevance AI, or MS Copilot.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or feedback loops for ML/AI systems.
