Description

You will lead front-end architecture and full-stack development using React, Redux, and Node.js. You will design high-performance web applications that support complex business rules while establishing engineering best practices for the team.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable front-end applications using React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with technical architects and product teams to influence data-flow design and platform architecture.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and develop UI/UX wireframes in Figma.
• Drive the codebase quality and establish best practices for web development.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and demonstrate speed to market.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Proven track record in designing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with Agile development, SDLC, and iterative methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and development lifecycle tools.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
• Strong understanding of user experience methodology and information architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Background in IT implementation and project management.
