Description

Design and maintain large-scale Java microservices systems with React UI integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
• Build and integrate APIs using industry best practices and tools like Postman.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud deployments.
• Apply security best practices across APIs, services, and data layers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of microservices development and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using JSON.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including CloudBees Jenkins and Rancher.
• Experience with databases: Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, Postgres, DB2, SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Prior US Bank experience.
• Experience with Load Balancing.
