Description

You will build and maintain complex web systems from the ground up or interface with existing enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex web systems using Java/JEE and open-source technologies.
• Develop web services using SOAP and REST patterns.
• Design and implement data engineering solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate within agile environments using Scrum, XP, or Kanban methodologies.
• Document business and system requirements through clear technical communication.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Core.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Angular JS.
• 3+ years of data engineering experience specifically with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience configuring web containers and working with Oracle DB.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, uDeploy, and Git.
• Experience with Test/Behavior Driven Development (TDD/BDD).
• Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, with AWS preference.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hibernate ORM and Containerization using Docker.
• Experience with Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
• Background in the financial services domain.
