Build and maintain modular, reusable codebases across the full application stack and AI/ML workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-level AIOps solutions integrated into IT operations workflows.
• Design and implement event-driven microservices and scalable API architectures.
• Manage data streaming and ETL workflows to support machine learning models.
• Build quick prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Lead and mentor data and software engineers through coaching and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full stack development using Python and Java.
• 7+ years of UI development with Angular or React, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of API design and development.
• 7+ years of experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and Agile tools.
• 7+ years using Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• 7+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of engineering testing and analysis of public or private cloud services.
• 3+ years of data streaming experience with Apache Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics, or GCP Data Flow.
• 3+ years of ETL experience using PySpark, Spark, or Databricks.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud/Vertex AI, AWS, or Azure, including Prompt Engineering and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Neo4j).
• Experience with container orchestration using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
