You will lead technical execution and deliver high-quality software within a co-sourced team environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical solutions to address specific client requirements and business problems.
• Develop scalable, testable, and modular code using TDD and established design patterns.
• Architect systems using microservices and adhere to API and security standards.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Manage software deployment by enhancing existing CI/CD tools and pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET/ASP.NET programming.
• Experience with ReactJS and design patterns for modular code.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/IaC practices.
• Experience working within Azure or GCP cloud ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to design microservices-based architectures.
