Description

You will develop and maintain integrations for a Smart Building IoT platform and existing building management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations for IoT platforms, including Fault Detection Diagnostics, Indoor Air Quality, and Occupancy Analytics.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture teams to apply appropriate controls for integrations and APIs.
• Work with vendors to analyze APIs and integration interfaces.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Systems Analysts, and Business Analysts to define integrations and overall solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve root causes, and fix bugs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and XML Schemas.
• Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices patterns.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and design patterns.
• Experience with API management and Gateway patterns.
• Knowledge of version control systems and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of application architecture and integration protocols.
