Description

You will own full-stack development, system analysis, and application design for complex business processes while serving as a subject matter expert for mid-level developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of business and system processes.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation using TDD and BDD.
• Provide expertise in application programming and ensure design aligns with the overall architecture.
• Analyze system flows to define issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers, allocate work, and assess risk.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Full Stack Development.
• Experience with Kafka for messaging platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Demonstrated experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Strong system analysis and programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Prime Services.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across geographies and time zones.
