Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end web applications and scalable system architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, reusable code for frontend and backend applications.
• Lead and coach team members through code reviews, mentorship, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+, asynchronous programming, closures, and prototypal inheritance).
• Proficiency in React or Vue.js.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like Sass or Less.
• Deep experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, Koa, or NestJS.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with caching and search frameworks like Redis and Elasticsearch.
• Strong debugging skills using Chrome DevTools and Node.js debugger.
