Description

You will build and scale web applications for value-based care contracts, owning the full product lifecycle from MVP to enterprise implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build efficient frontend interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop backend systems in Python to process high volumes of complex healthcare data using Databricks and AWS.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and actuarial teams to translate complex financial and actuarial data into intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate data workflows with actuarial teams using SAS, R, and Excel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-intensive, full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong backend development skills using SQL and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Ability to build and scale products from MVP to enterprise level.
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous startup experience.
• Familiarity with R, Airflow, Sigma, or Heroku.
