Description

Manage and optimize the Coupa platform to ensure system stability and meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Coupa modules to align with specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues as the primary point of contact.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize issue recurrence.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to escalate and resolve complex system problems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the Coupa platform.
• Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting Coupa production issues.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Coupa certification or relevant formal training.
• Understanding of procurement and financial processes.
