You will lead functional configuration and solution design for capital markets or treasury systems, bridging technical implementation with business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional configuration and solution design process for enterprise platforms.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of functional components within the project timeline.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets or Treasury domains.
• Proficiency in front-office arena functional configuration.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in client-facing delivery, preferably in LATAM markets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial instruments and trade lifecycle management.
• Previous consulting or delivery experience specifically in LATAM markets.
