Description

You will define product scope and requirements for technology business consulting projects, focusing on commercial loan servicing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications and data models for product development and testing.
• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements for software modifications and system integrations.
• Collaborate with technical analysts and developers to translate requirements into functional designs and accurate development estimates.
• Develop detailed test plans and conduct system, integration, readiness, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support to developers throughout the lifecycle, clarifying requirements and resolving issues.

Required Skills

• Extensive functional experience with Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) or other commercial lending solutions.
• 10+ years of experience working with financial institutions, including direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end software implementation, preferably with a software vendor.
• Demonstrated experience with system conversions, including analyzing and documenting application and system interactions.
• Proficiency in data modelling and internal documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct functional experience with Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS).
• Experience with product design and maintaining system integrity during testing.
