Required Skills

• 10+ years of functional payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Direct experience managing payroll testing and validation processes.
• Strong leadership background in payroll environments.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
