Description

You will manage fund accounting operations and provide strategic CFO support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital calls and distributions.
• Manage audit, tax support, and pre/post close services.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate Limited Partner communications and reporting.
• Maintain real-time portfolio data including IRR, TVPI, and RVPI metrics.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Over 1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience.
• Degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
• Knowledge of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Fund Administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using Investran.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Crypto funds.
