Description

You will act as the key business analyst for FX products, owning the requirements lifecycle from gathering to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and document FX product requirements.
• Break down functional requirements into actionable Jira stories.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope.
• Deliver on defined business goals within agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of FX markets: Spots, Forwards, Swaps, Algos, and Options.
• Expertise in RFQ processes and related trading strategies.
• Experience working within modern agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira for requirements tracking.
• Proven ability to work effectively in globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
