Description

Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based applications and infrastructure using IaC and DevOps practices.
• Manage cloud environments to ensure compliance with security guidelines and best practices.
• Deploy and debug cloud initiatives throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Translate client requirements into technical design documentation.
• Optimize cloud architecture for high availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and migrating applications to GCP.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker containerization/deployment.
• Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and Cloud Build for CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Expertise in Cloud Networking, including VPC, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and CDN.
• Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot at the networking, application, and database levels.
• GCP Cloud certification.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience managing large-scale cloud migrations to GCP.
