You will design and develop GenAI and LLM-based systems to deliver context-aware solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI/LLM systems using Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and agent-based frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data teams, and SMEs to drive the technical roadmap for LLM initiatives.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning with a focus on system-level thinking.
• Proficiency in Python, Langchain, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of LLM internals, including embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflows.
• Experience with prompt tuning and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience specifically in LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Experience with MLOps and scalable deployment patterns for AI models.
• History of contributing to end-to-end ML/AI product pipelines.
