Description

Lead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions that address intricate business requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on technical implementation.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Keras.
• Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and generative models.
• Expertise in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and Git.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working specifically with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
• Contributions to AI/ML research or publications in top-tier conferences.
