Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for the Generative AI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and service failures within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Monitor logs and platform performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform enhancements and infrastructure needs.
• Manage DevOps build and release pipelines to support platform stability.
• Provision cloud services using Terraform scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in support and maintenance roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with database management using SQL and NoSQL.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to provision cloud services via Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
• Understanding of DevOps build and release pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OpenAI.
• Experience provisioning Gen AI cloud services on AWS or Azure.
